thanks travis. my only feedback is that the administrator flag isn't
discussed in the sections about creating and modifying user accounts.
in viewing my account, it's included in the example but not in the
text description of the operation. it's not addressed at all in
modifying my account (should be noted that this flag can't be modified
by the user unless he's an admin already) or in signup (not allowed at
all).
