[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.6 blocker nominations now open

Hi all,

Heikki has enabled blocking flags for Cosmo 0.6 (and 0.7).   If you  
feel that a bug is a blocker for the Cosmo 0.6, set the 'blocking0.6"  
flag to "?".   The bug council will meet again on Thursday to  
determine whether those bugs should be blockers or not.  If you feel  
that it will not be obvious that the bug should be a blocker, please  
leave a comment on the bug as well.
