[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo UI question - adding a simple list in the modify dialog

Hi,
 I have been trying to add this simple unordered list to the modify
dialog (for groups) and for some reasons it never worked.

Did all kinds of things to isolate and find the problem, but don't know
why it never shows up. 

To simplify it even further I just started with creating the list in the
user modify dialog (just for debugging). This simple patch should
dynamically populate unordered list in a modify user dialog - which does
not happen :(

Let me know what could be wrong in this simple piece of code....I am
trying all different ideas to get this solved!
