[Cosmo-dev] Updated wiki page: How to Report a Bug in Cosmo

Per our conversation in the release meeting, I updated the wiki page  
'How to report a bug in Cosmo':

'Please note in your bug report the OS, browser and version of the  
browser to help guide us. For example: Mac PPC | Firefox | 2.0. If  
you downloaded the OSAF bundle, then please list the version you are  
running. The version number is located in the 'About Cosmo'. (We are  
currently looking into updating bugzilla to support adding these  
fields.)'

Until we update bugzilla. Jared should I be filing a ticket so this  
request does not get lost?
