[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.6 is feature complete

I'm happy to announce that Cosmo 0.6 is now feature complete.  Bug  
7408 <https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7408>, the  
master task bug is now closed.

Next steps:

* Bear will build a checkpoint on Monday that will be QA'ed
* Cosmo engineers will tackle the bugs targetted for Cosmo 0.6,  
starting in priority order.   Cosmo has a strong culture of commit  
then review.  Please be sure to review checkins more carefully than  
usual.
* The bug council will meet more frequently to triage bugs during  
this period and to determine blocking bugs.   There will be regular e- 
mails on the state of the world so that people know where we are and  
how much time we expect to take.
