[Cosmo-dev] Timezones in EIMML for events

Hi Folks,

I can't seem to find a reference to how we're communicating timezones
for, say, the DTSTART field in EIM.

Is it:

A) DTSTART;TZID=US/Pacific:20021010T120000 (an entire RFC2445 line)
B) DTSTART;TZID=US/Pacific:2002-10-10T12:00:00 (slightly different ISO
time format)
C) ;TZID=US/Pacific:20021010T120000 (omit extraneous DTSTART, include
the rest of the line)
D) Something else?

Throughout, I'm imagining we'll stick to using Olson DB timezone strings
for TZIDs.
