[Cosmo-dev] bug 7573 is fixed - cosmo.version.txt now contains valid info

Now you need to let me know if it's formatted properly :)

Note - if you do a find for cosmo.version.txt you will see two of  
them in the war directory - one is an artifact of the assembly  
process and I'm working on removing it.
