[Cosmo-dev] eim event modifications

I checked in changes so that cosmo now supports sharing recurring event 
modifications.  The event recordtype was updated(no longer need to send 
recurrenceId) and a new eventModification recordtype was added.  The 
updated schemas can be found here:
