You simply need to make your case to Heikki and me. We all agreed when 
switching to osaf.us that this was a temporary measure to get the server 
a good shake. Clearly, we shouldn't be hitting this server for testing 
(from Chandler TBoxes in particular) once it's in production with user data.

Now is a good time to put together a request with a rough budget estimate.
