[Cosmo-dev] Bug 7442

Hi folks

Bug 7442 (Total user count on /console/users) is going to need a CMP  
level change. This is because the total user count is not currently  
part of the CMP data model. In the bug I proposed punting this, but  
after further consideration, I think it shouldn't be more than 4-5  
hours of client and server side work.

I'd like to propose we officially add "GET /cmp/users/count" to the  
protocol. This request will return a single string representing the  
total Cosmo user count.

Any comments? If I don't hear anything by the end of the day, I'll go  
ahead and implement this.
