[Cosmo-dev] LoginDialog/AuthBox dupe code

Just so folks know, there is deliberately duped code from the 
LoginDialog widget in the AuthBox that's used for adding collection 
subscriptions.

The LoginDialog widget was of course written in isolation just to do 
login, so there's a lot of login-specific code in there. Since the 
AuthBox is designed to be general-purpose (it allows you to pass it an 
object detailing the actions to take after authing the user) I'm hoping 
we can replace the LoginDialog with the AuthBox fairly soon.
