This issue has been addressed (Aparna confirmed).  The proxy's regexp
wasn't matching when a /dav URL was split by HTTP 1.1 chunking.
Fortunately, the proxy library contains a built-in filter to read the
whole body at once, so just adding one line fixed this.

I'll go ahead and schedule an osaf.us update, for tomorrow afternoon.
