no. chandler doesn't offer a way for a user to change the url of an
already-shared or subscribed collection.

by "this", i assume you mean an apache configuration that forwards
/home requests to the equivalent /dav url.

a permanent feature? whatever for?
the only reason to do *anything* in this regard is to save a small
number of osaf.users - a single installation of the server - a little
bit of one-time hassle. we've already put way more time and energy
into these frantic conversations than those people would put into just
coping with the change.
preview hasn't happened yet. the number of people who will be affected
is very small. can we please stop the hysteria? it's really not a big
deal. the few dozen users who even notice will have forgotten about
the issue 5 minutes after they re-share their collections.
