[Cosmo-dev] osaf.us upgrade problem

If the likely chance that is is delayed further till the end of next  
week or more, I think it would be wise to go ahead and officially  
announce the 0.6 release, ready for download but not updated on  
osaf.us until this bug is solved–which if it means not updating  
osaf.us until 0.6.1 then that's fine too. (Though I hope it's not  
going to take that long to fix the bug).

Thoughts?
