Hi Folks,

Now that Cosmo 0.6 has been put to bed, we are moving onwards.  This  
is going to happen along multiple paths, so for review:

Cosmo 0.6.1 is focused on achieving interoperability with Chandler  
0.7 using Morse Code.   The release of Cosmo 0.6.1 is gated entirely  
on interop with Chandler.    There are a few UI bugs that are slated  
for Cosmo 0.6.1, but not a lot.

Cosmo 0.7 is where any non-dashboard UI features, and dogfood  
feedback fixes/features go.   Also most UI bugfixes against Cosmo 0.6  
and Cosmo 0.6.1 will go here was well.   The planning page for Cosmo

CosmoPreview>.  If you are writing specs or other documentation for  
Cosmo 0.7, please link them off of this page.     As with Cosmo 0.6,  
I've created a superbug for all planned features for Cosmo 0.7  
<https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7812>.  Right  
now, the children of this bug are just what I have added, and we will  
need to go through and sort this out.

Work on the Dashboard will proceed in a separate branch from Cosmo  
0.7, please link planning documents and specs to the Cosmo 0.7  
planning page mentioned above.
