Actually, as soon as I sent this, I realized this probably isn't  
true. Turns out ie has a bug reporting site https:// 
connect.microsoft.com/site/sitehome.aspx?SiteID=136

Unfortunately "The site is temporarily closed. It will re-open in the  
future. If you experience any problems with IE7, you can get help by  
visiting Internet Explorer 7 Support Page."

So, we may be able to report this bug as well, someday.
