[Cosmo-dev] Help links in Cosmo 0.6 - can we change this today before we roll another RC?

Since it looks like we're rolling another RC, can we clean up the Help
links? Who is going to do this?

There are 2 different links that I find,

One on the main calendar canvas (upper right corner next to the
Settings link), that points to:
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Projects/CosmoHelpPortal

The other one is on the bottom of "Collection Details" window that you
get when you click the "i" link next to the collection drop down list,
this one points to:
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/Projects/CosmoHelpPortal06

Both of these should go to the same page, see bug#7814.

If we're going to fix this in the Cosmo code for the 0.6 release, I
agree that we use a wiki name that will allow different help for
future releases of Cosmo.

I propose we use the wiki page name form:
CosmoHelpRel0dot6, CosmoHelpRel0dot6dot1, CosmoHelpRel0dot7, etc.

Eventually we may need context-sensitive help internal to the Cosmo
code instead of pointing to the OSAF wiki that can be customized by
Cosmo bundle downloaders, but that is a separate issue for discussion
at another time.
