[Cosmo-dev] time out tickets

Thanks for pointing this out. Please log these in bugzilla so we can
track them.
I just wanted to point out that from a product perspective this is
not a casual collaborator feature so perfecting this stuff will have
to be prioritized along with everything else. We want to see how much
dogfood feedback we get from these types of users.
That being said, I agree there is definitely some weirdness in this
workflow. If the Cosmo team feels there are some obvious trivial
changes that would improve the experience, I would encourage them to
go ahead and log those and we can get them some of this fixed for
Preview.
