totally agree. want to open an enhancement request?

everything about the account browser, including the ticket granting
form, needs to be completely rethought. i hope we get to this before
preview.

agree. i originally made that form to be convenient for my own data
entry, expecting that we'd eventually get around to doing a real
user-oriented design.
