[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.6 branch is ready and trunk is now 0.7-SNAPSHOT

The Cosmo 0.6 branch has been created:

	svn+ssh://svn.osafoundation.org/svn/server/cosmo/branches/0.6

It should be considered RESTRICTED and only bug-council approved bugs  
should be made to the branch.

The trunk has been marked as 0.7-SNAPSHOT and is now OPEN.
