[Cosmo-dev] Successful migration

We now have a data-migrated instance of Cosmo 0.6 with no known issues 
on http://lab.osaf.us:4002/

I've been able to successfully restore my collections from this 
instance.  If others can spot-check their own restoration operations 
against this instance (ie, fixing the problems we found last Wednesday 
during IRC QA), we've got a green light for the Cosmo 0.6 RC.

There is no Apache wrapper around this instance, so /home URLs are not 
supported.
