I wrote a wiki page on how to run the new protocol test cases as  
promised.

The tricky part is getting py.test installed so I wrote up a  
summarized install process taken from the pylib site, which is  
referenced.

I also removed davclient from the protocol directory. Davclient is  
maintained in the tools repository and now has proper distribution  
and is in the cheeseshop, which means it can be easily installed with  
setuptools easy_install.

If there is any additional information you would would like in the  
document be sure to let me know and I'll add it in.

Once I have a little more time I'll add some documentation on writing  
new protocol tests using this tool suite.
