[Cosmo-dev] Study on site-authentication images

I mentioned to a couple people some upcoming results from my  
CommerceNet colleague Rachna Dhamija on the effectiveness (or lack  
thereof) of site-authentication image approaches.  The study is now  
public:

These are of course frustrating results from the point of view of Web  
sites trying to protect customers with unilateral server/site upgrades.
