For the record, I led Bobby astray, I was thinking of a different iCal
issue with alarms, not a VALUE=DATE issue, so I don't think iCal is the
culprit. But the general point stands, lots of clients emit invalid
iCalendar data. I've reluctantly made Chandler tolerant when importing
such data, but as far as I know Chandler isn't exporting invalid iCalendar.
