[cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.11 and 0.12

Hi folks,

I'm going to be on vacation starting tomorrow.  While I am out, Jared  
Rhine will be the release manager for Cosmo 0.11.

Cosmo 0.11:  People are working on adding test cases.  This will  
continue until Friday 12/14, at which point we will start the work to  
cut a Cosmo 0.11 release.   Per Mikeal's new proposed terminology,  
this is the Triple Zero signal date.  We already have a branch for 0.11.

Cosmo 0.12: Folks who are still around during the holidays will be  
working on Cosmo 0.12.   Major items for 0.12 are:

* Upgrade to Dojo 1.0 in anticipation of doing a date picker - Bobby  
and Travis - <https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi? 
id=11607>.   As part of this work, I'd like to also have an  
assessment/review of the internals of the application and areas where  
we might need some overhauling in the future.   Matthew will be  
contributing to this part of the effort as well.
* Bugs (but not Month view - this is post Dojo 1.0) - Matthew

* Access control thinking and Bugs - Randy

A reminder that we are taking bugs in Severity order and by priority  
within bugs of the same Severity.

I hope that people enjoy/take some time off, and I'll "see" you all
