I've made some changes to the migration program that allow plugging in 
migrations for other databases (such as Postgres) easier.  Ideally we 
have people outside of OSAF develop migration extensions for other 
databases (as .jar files) and make them available for others.  Details 
on how to do this are outlined in the migration README.
