hmmm, that's what I thought. I checked everything again and restarted
tomcat. Now it has created osafsrv.log :-) It's attached. I can see the
problem but I am not sure how to fix it...

Thanks for the link. I read through it and have added the cosmo options
to $JAVA_OPTS.
Here's one thing I noticed. IN the snarf build, the 4 files: serializer,
xalan, xercesImpl and xml-apis actually reside in *commons/endorsed* not
in commons/lib like the others that we need to copy over.
