[cosmo-dev] Needed Windmill Tests and Keeping track

I've annotated that page with some questions. The items I annotated  
were either too vague or too confusing to lead to useful tests. Most  
helpful would be example workflows like:

* Create recurring event
* Do x to occurence y
* Repeat for z occurrences
* Do a to property b of all events
etc..

You can probably enumerate tests faster than you can record/write  
them, so spending some time doing this will help spread the work of  
these tests out.

At the very least, some clarification on the items I note on that page  
is definitely necessary.

I'm going to start writing tests for the items I didn't annotate, I'll  
update that page as appropriate.
