+ QA asked to delay this till Friday in order to finish a new version

+ Brian Moseley suggested branching 0.11 after a few critical bugs

Brian Moseley asked if Cosmo would be switching to a database driven  
configuration system (as opposed to a configuration file) with a web UI
+ Randy Letness noted that this would allow more configuration  
changes to be done without restarting the service
+ Jared Rhine was in favor of such a feature, but didn't think it  
needed to happen soon.
