Bobby Rullo suggested turning off the caching code between list and
calendar views, since HTTP caching should be doing that work.

Brian Moseley asked if Cosmo would be switching to a database driven
configuration system (as opposed to a configuration file) with a web UI
+ Randy Letness noted that this would allow more configuration
changes to be done without restarting the service
+ Jared Rhine was in favor of such a feature, but didn't think it
