[cosmo-dev] WIndmill .3 and New Test Procedures

Hello everyone,

We are now upgrading Windmill to .3 which brings about some changes,  
and as a result some really helpful new features. Please "easy_intall - 
U windmill" and upgrade to the latest.

The second thing is that I have removed the cosmo/src/test/functional/ 
windmill directory, the Cosmo windmill tests can now be found in cosmo/ 
src/test/functional/test_windmill.

Things have been updated in the Windmill Book: http://windmill.osafoundation.org/trac/wiki/WindmillBook

I would recommend that you read http://windmill.osafoundation.org/trac/wiki/BookChapter-5-RunningTests 
  as this is where most of the major changes happened to our process  
as a result of .3. The way you go about writing and running tests has  
completely changed.
