We're going to be pushing out a release of windmill later today.

There is a series of reverse incompatible changes in this release of
windmill. Most notably the way that json tests are organized,
collected, and run have gone through a huge re-factoring. In
preparation for this we created the test_windmill directory in trunk
svn to port the current set of cosmo tests to windmill 0.3. Since we
started this process some developers have started working on new tests
in the old test directory.

If you could please commit all you tests and/or changes by the end of
today then QA can migrate them over to the new directory this weekend.

We'll be working mainly on documentation for the new features today
and over the weekend so we can get everyone on 0.3 on Monday.

I would like to simply remove the old windmill test directory this
weekend after we've merged all the changes. If we leave it it'll only
add to the confusion.

This effects tinderbox a lot. The new tests will only work with
windmill 0.3, and 0.3 deprecated the old tinderbox option in favor of
a cleaner functest call for continuous integration. I think the best
idea is to just turn off the cosmo tinderbox tests until monday when
adam and I can work with bear and get it all setup again using
windmill 0.3.
