[cosmo-dev] Branching 0.11 and test week

Hi Folks,

So we've branched for Cosmo 0.11, and last minute testing of  
criticals  should be done in the branch.   Per previous discussions,  
I'd like to have a week spent writing tests against 0.11.  At the end  
of that week, we'll go into the release process for 0.11.   After  
that, we should hopefully have development and QA "in sync" and can  
try to get back to a regular schedule for releases.
