0.11 is done when we pick a date for it to be done. We are not doing
feature driven releases anymore. There is no requirement to fix all
the remaining major bugs in 0.11 before 0.11 is released, although I
do think that the 2 bugs currently marked critical should be
addressed. We've been working on 0.11 for quite sometime - there are
36 resolved bugs in it right now - more than are in 0.10. I'm not
really that excited about the idea of holding it for another 2
weeks. We branched 0.10 and started working on 0.11 on 11/16. 2
weeks from today is 12/17, which would mean a month long cycle for 0.11.
If it will really help the test writing to have the new release of
windmill, then I guess I could go along with that. But after that,
I think we need to work hard to get back to a shorter cycle.
