[cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.11 plans

I'll be able to finish my current 0.11 "major" bugs by the end of this  
week. Ideally I'll also be able to grab some of Matthew's majors as  
well. I'll know better once I work out the rest of these unicode  
issues (IE is not cooperating at the moment), hopefully by end of day  
today or early tomorrow.
