How close is 0.11 from being done?

I agree completely with what you've said, but I remember throwing some
relatively critical bugs in to the 0.11 bucket, so I'm wondering if it
was possible to push out a release of 0.11 by the end of this week
then we should just go for it and have this big test writing push next
week instead.

Adam and I are also finishing a new windmill release, which includes a
huge rework of the cosmo test structure. It would be nice to have that
done before more people jump in and the new features (test
dependencies) will really help test authors work on individual feature
tests.
