There will be a Cosmo release meeting today.

It should make sense to do bug council during or right after the release 
meeting.

Status:
- Cosmo 0.7 in release candidate mode, RC1 produced early this week
- 4 hardish bugs, 3 untargeted

Ted, Aparna, and Jared had a phone call today to talk about what 
releases might look like during the 0.7.x releases.  We could talk about 
the highlights, though full notes might not be ready.

Primary standing agenda is to go around the table, asking groups to
highlight intergroup dependencies: do you have what you need?
