[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo source trunk is now CLOSED - Release preparations are starting

With the announcement of Zero bugs for Cosmo 0.7 please consider the 
source trunk to be CLOSED.

This means that *any* changes must first be cleared by the bug council.

As part of the Release preparations I will be changing all of the 
sub-projects versions from SNAPSHOT to 0.7RC and pushing a new deploy.

Once Release Candidate 1 is ready I will post an email notice here and 
notify the QA team.
