Status:
- Cosmo 0.7 code complete (zero bug release) immanent; release game changes!

Other agenda items:
- Hub issue triage and dev resources
- Review of code complete checklists

Primary standing agenda is to go around the table, asking groups to
highlight intergroup dependencies: do you have what you need?

We will also review some standing bugzilla queries and the checklists
for our current phase.
