[Cosmo-dev] Performance bugs

Any chance that Bug 10173 will have some effect on Bug 10094? (10094 
involves loading up the dashboard with a new collection, for those who 
don't want to go look it up).

I went back and tried the 10094 case on qacosmo, and it is the one 
scenario I've encountered recently that is painful. I agree with Aparna 
that we shouldn't block the release for it. (And I agree with Andre that 
shipping is key!)

+1 to moving 9844.
