[Cosmo-dev] Performance bugs

Hi, My two cents as a dogfooder/user...once P1/P2 interop bugs are
resolved, ship-ship-ship (with the appropriate release notes), or at
least spin a release candidate. You guys have the full picture and know
best. (Do know that my less-is-more perspective is rooted in eagerness
and support for broadening, sooner rather than later, the opportunity
for feedback, and not in impatience.)
