[Cosmo-dev] Deferring bugs from Cosmo 0.7

I'm in favor of deferring all Safari bugs to 0.7.1, including this one.
I understand that this bug is more than superficial, and it would mean
that we are not listing Safari as a supported browser for Preview.
Testing on Safari should take a back seat as well imo.
We can prioritize Safari support as the next immediate focus -- remember
that plan is for the Cosmo releases to be *quick*.
