Randy Letness discovered an issue with handling items that have the  
same icaluid, when the items are in the same collection.  The  
Chandler data model allows this, but the CalDAV model does not.

+ There was some discussion of whether the problems were client side  
or server side.  Looks like it was mostly in the client, although
