[Cosmo-dev] Deprecated LATER resolution in Bugzilla

When I tried to build a query to reply to this note, it was hard to  
do and I had to ask Heikki for help, which is a danger sign in and of  
itself.

I agree with moving all LATER bugs to Future, at least for Cosmo
