[Cosmo-dev] Deferring bugs from Cosmo 0.7

I'm assuming so right now since they have released the Beta for Tiger  
users and it replaces the old Safari. I doubt apple would leave Tiger  
users stuck with a Beta Safari 3 indefinitely.
