[Cosmo-dev] Deferring bugs from Cosmo 0.7

I'm not opposed to punting Safari for 0.7 since most of the Safari  
specific fixes seem to be throw away code if we're only support  
Safari 3 in the next release.

Are we committed to supporting Safari 3 in 0.8?
