[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.6.1 - end of 1st week of developer testing

I've got what I think is a blocker, from Morgen and Matthew -  bug 8782.

I know it's targeted for 0.7 but read Morgen's comments - it's more  
serious than we originally thought. I should be able to fix this  
today though.
