[Cosmo-dev] Timezone functionality in Cosmo 0.7

There are only two items I see on the bug list assigned to me for  
time zone. Bugs# 8398 and 7868, is that correct? I will follow up on  
the design list with a proposal, but I don't foresee anything huge in  
terms of design.
