[Cosmo-dev] atom prototype results

This is a great writeup!   I linked it from <http:// 
wiki.osafoundation.org/Projects/CosmoZeroDotSeven>.   It seems  
completely reasonable to me to go ahead with this.  Generally  
speaking, I think that this was a great example of how to  handle the  
"I think we should do this",  "It seems risky", "Not really" dialogue.
