[Cosmo-dev] qacosmo testing

Incase anyone is interested, here is the process I use for upgrading  
QA Cosmo.

QA Cosmo is currently sporting : osaf-server-bundle-0.6.1-CP- 
r4035-20070404
which I setup on wednesday morning.
