[Cosmo-dev] EIM-JSON

Some of you may know that Brian, Travis and I did a little proof-of- 
concept this past week of having the Cosmo UI talk Atom to Cosmo Server.

The Atom payload contains EIM not in the familiar EIMML format, but  
in a new format based on JSON called "EIM-JSON" (creative name, no?)
